French Immersion Drama Extravaganzas

CPF-MB French Immersion Drama Extravaganzas provide young FSL students with opportunities to experience enjoyable “real life” enriching events.  Participants are able to expand and build upon their French vocabulary and oral skills.  The workshops are created for the purpose of helping today’s young people maintain a positive attitude toward the French language and culture, and also realize their own potential for communication in that language. 

The workshops are appropriate for Grades 7-8 and  / or S1-S4 students.  Students are introduced to the basics of improvisation techniques.  They are instructed on how to fully observe what is going on around them and how to effectively listen to what is being said.  Event are conducted in French.

In 2009, the workshops will be facilitated by the Gosselin Brothers and are scheduled during April and May throughout the province.
