Provincial Registration Form for Grades 11/12 Students PLEASE NOTE: All students competing in the Grade 11/12 categories at the provincial level of competition, with the exception of Impromptu, will be required to complete an Official Student Registration Form. This form will require students to provide information relating to their French Second Language Education and Linguistic Experience, to ensure correct category placement.
